Custom Software

Tools shaped to the business, not the other way round.

Internal tools and platforms built around how your team actually works, owned by you from day one.

When the spreadsheet gives up

Every company reaches the process that no longer fits its tools: the quote built in three systems, the dashboard nobody trusts. That gap is where custom software earns its cost.

We build tools and platforms scoped tightly around the work. A tool that does three things completely beats a platform that does thirty approximately.

You own the code, the data model, and the documentation. If we disappeared tomorrow, your next developer could pick it up in an afternoon. That is the test we build to.

What you get

  • Internal tools

The quoting engine, the approval flow, the ops console — built around your process instead of the other way round.

  • Dashboards people trust

One number, one definition, one source. When two reports disagree, we fix the data, not the argument.

  • Integrations

The systems you already pay for, connected properly — with retries, logs, and alerts when a sync fails.

  • Platforms

Customer-facing portals and multi-tenant products, built on the same discipline as the internal work.

Buy when it's generic

Email, accounting, payroll — if a mature product does it, buy it. We will tell you to, even when it costs us the work.

Build when it's you

The process that makes you different deserves software that fits it. That is the part worth owning.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

We watch the work happen and write the specification from what we see, not from the org chart. Fixed price follows.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working slice of the riskiest part, in your hands within two weeks. It settles arguments meetings cannot.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly releases to a staging environment your team uses for real. Feedback lands in the next release, not the next phase.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, tests, and a walkthrough with whoever maintains it next — us or your own team.

Questions

How do you price a build?

Fixed price against a written specification. If the scope is unclear, discovery is a small fixed engagement that produces the spec.

What if we already have developers?

We build alongside them, in their stack and their review process. The goal is a handover, not a dependency.

How do you keep scope from ballooning?

The specification is the contract. New ideas are welcome — they are estimated and scheduled visibly, never smuggled in.

Who maintains it after launch?

A warranty period covers defects. After that, a retainer, your own team, or both — the documentation assumes it will not always be us.
