Paid Media

Performance creative and buying, in one loop.

Creative and media buying under one roof, so the test results reach the next ad before the week ends.

The loop is the advantage

Most accounts fail on creative, not on bidding. The media buyer blames the creative team; the creative team never sees the numbers. We put both in one room, so a losing hook dies on Tuesday and its replacement is live on Thursday.

Every account runs on a written testing structure: a hypothesis, a budget split, a kill criterion. Nothing scales because someone likes it. It scales because it held its number as the spend doubled.

Because we make the ads ourselves, a new test never waits on a freelancer's calendar. Creative is the constraint in paid media — so we removed it.

What you get

  • Account management

Meta, Google, and TikTok, run by the person who answers your messages. No account-manager layer.

  • A testing structure

Weekly test plans with named hypotheses and kill criteria. You always know what is being tested and why.

  • Creative on tap

New hooks and variants every week, made in-house. The testing cadence is never limited by production.

  • Plain reporting

Spend, revenue, and what we learned — one page, every week. No dashboards you have to decode.

How it runs

  1. 01

    The audit

We read the account history, the tracking setup, and the creative archive. You get a written verdict before anything changes.

  2. 02

    Restructure

Campaigns rebuilt around the testing plan, tracking fixed first. No spend scales until measurement is trusted.

  3. 03

    Test

Structured creative tests every week. Losers are killed at their criterion; winners feed the next round.

  4. 04

    Scale

Budgets move behind proven creative, in steps, with the number watched daily. Scaling is a process, not an event.

Questions

What budget do we need?

Enough to test properly — as a rule, a monthly media budget at least three times the fee. Below that, the honest advice is to fix creative first and buy later.

Which platforms do you run?

Meta, Google, and TikTok. We would rather run two platforms well than five badly.

How is performance reported?

One page a week: spend, revenue, blended efficiency, and the tests running. If a number moves, you read why in the same email.

Do you work with our in-house team?

Yes. Some clients keep buying in-house and use us for creative and structure. The loop matters more than who presses the buttons.
